Parts not meeting our strict quality criteria are replaced.

WARRANTY- Up to 24 months, 24,000 miles parts only and or up to 12 months, 12,000 mile parts and labor. Nationwide coverage. Warranty rate paid at OEM times and at the shop rate.

QUALITY CONTROL- All diesel long blocks are fully dyno tested.

REPLACED PARTS- -Replaced parts (regardless of wear):

• Turbocharger (where applicable)
• Fuel injection pump. Pistons, rings and snap pins.
• Connecting rod bearings, bushings, and nuts and bolts.
• Crankshaft main and thrust bearins.
• Valves, retainers, retainer locks and stem seals.
• Water pump and thermostats.
• Camshaft bearings.
• Valves, retainers, retainer locks and stem seals.
• Oil pump and pickup tube.
• Gaskets, dowels cap plugs, clamps hoses and o-rings.
• Grommets, filters, key pins and seals.

SPECIFICATIONS FEATURES

• Blocks, heads, cranks are test ultrasonically.
• Cylinders are sleeved (as required), bored and honed.
• Blocks are lined bored.
• Crankshafts and camshafts are ground to OE specifications.
• Heads and blocks are resurfaced.

(All "experienced" parts are evaluated through careful inspection and testing. Parts not meeting our strict quality criteria are replaced.)
