DIESEL SHORT BLOCKS
Includes all pistons, bearings, crank, etc. within and including the machined engine block.
All Diesel Short Block engines are fully dyno tested.

WARRANTY- 12 months, 12,000 miles parts and labor. Nationwide coverage. Warranty labor paid at OEM times and at the shop rate.

QUALITY CONTROL- All diesel short blocks are full dyno tested.

REPLACED PARTS-

• Turbocharger (where applicable)
• Fuel injection pump.
• Pistons, rings, and snap rings.
• Connecting rod bearings, bushings, and nuts and bolts.
• Crankshaft main and thrust bearing rear and side seals.
• Crankshaft bearings.
• Valves retainers, retainer locks and stem seals.
• Water pump and thermostats.
• Oil pump and pickup tube.
• Gaskets, dowels, cap plugs, clamps hoses, and o-rings.
• Grommets, filters, key INS and seals.

SPECIFICATIONS FEATURES

• Blocks, heads and cranks are tested ultrasonically.
• Cylinders are sleeved (as required), bored and honed.
• Blocks are align bored.
• Crankshafts are ground to OEM specifications.
• Heads and blocks are resurfaced.

All "experienced" parts are evaluated through careful inspection and testing. Parts not meeting our strict quality criteria are replaced.
